Having, Long, before, Need, patch




Question by eva: when do you need to put the patch and how long before having sex?

i wanted to know more on the patch so they say we need to put it when our menstrual starts is it true and how long before having protected sex with condom?
and also is the pill better than patch?

If you go to your doc to get birth control, they'll discuss all of this with you. They can give you accurate information and give you literature explaining all the different birth control methods and their pros and cons. Let your doctor give you the facts and help you decide what method is best for you. They're going to talk to you all about it anyway when you go in for an appointment for birth control.

The pill may be better for some than it is for others and vice versa. Maybe for you the pill would be better, or maybe the patch. Your doctor will help you figure that out.
